भुलाने में जिनको ज़माने लगे हैं। 

वहीअब मुझे याद आने लगे हैं।

 To forget whom, time was lost in vain.

मेरे ग़म पे वो मुस्कराने लगे हैं। 

मज़े अब मुहब्बत के आने लगे हैं।

जुदाई में भी लुत्फ़ आने लगे हैं।

तू रूठा नहीं पर मनाने लगे हैं।

वही आज नज़रें चुराने लगे हैं। 

One who promised to love me here. 

Now avoids looking at me in the lane.
