चराग़ों की तरह आँश्खें जलें जब शाम को जाए

हवाएँ तेज़ हों और कश्तियों में शाम हो जाए

I pass less frequently fhrough her lane.
Why an innocent get bad name by visit of mine.
शराबे-ग़म सभी पीकर नहीं संजीदा रह सकते
कहीं ऐसा न हो ये शग़्ल भी बदनाम हो जाए
Let not this habit get a bad name too.
All can't remain sober after having grief wine.
